Hot melt adhesive Kleiberit 773.0 is used for gluing edge material (PVC, ABS, melamine, veneer, etc.) to the ends of wood boards, to smooth joints on edge banding machines with a feed speed of parts 20-35 m/min, at an operating temperature of 180-200 °C.
To achieve high results, the temperature of the glue in the melting tank during operation of the edge banding machine should be within the range of 180-200 °C.
By adjusting the temperature of the glue, the feed speed of the part, and the glue consumption, the optimal mode is selected in which maximum adhesion is achieved with sufficient glue consumption.
