In the Domus hypermarket network, purchases can only be paid for in Armenian drams. Payment must be made at the time of purchase using the payment method that is most convenient for you.
The following payment methods are available at Domus:
Payment is made in cash in drams.
Domus stores offer a flexible installment payment system. Installment processing is done on-site. We cooperate with the following banks: Armeconombank, Converse Bank, Inecobank, VTB-Armenia Bank. Annual effective interest rate: 0-24%. More information about loans: www.vtb.am. The bank is regulated by the Central Bank of Armenia. Unibank: annual effective interest rate 23-24%. More information about loan types: www.unibank.am. Phone: (37410) 71-22-22,, 59-55-55. The bank is regulated by the Central Bank of Armenia. Required documents for installment processing: Passport Social security card
You can also pay with a bank card. Domus POS terminals support the following payment systems: Visa Classic, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, ArCa. In Yerevan, payment via POS terminal is available upon delivery.
In Domus stores, payments can also be made via the electronic systems INECOPAY and IDRAM.
This payment method is intended for legal entities only. The payment is made by transferring funds from the customer's bank account to Domus' bank account.
Return Policy
If a purchase is returned, the amount will be refunded only through the original payment method.
For example, if the payment was made by bank card, the refund will be processed by canceling the same card transaction.
