The external quality and quantity compliance of the purchased product must be checked at the time of delivery (receipt) in the presence of the courier (responsible for unloading), for which, in addition to the normal unloading process time, an additional time will be provided to you and/or your representative.
The purchased product is inspected and accepted personally by the buyer. In the case of the buyer's absence at the delivery location, the person who performs the inspection and acceptance of the product is considered the buyer's representative, acting with authority clearly inferred from the situation. The buyer gives initial approval and undertakes to approve all actions of this person in the future, regardless of their nature and consequences.
