DOMUS gift cards are available from 30,000 drams and can be reloaded with any amount.
The gift card can be used for cashless payments on Domus.am and in stores. It also makes a great gift for any occasion.
The gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. The validity period can be extended for an additional fee.
DOMUS remains committed to its customers by offering popular GIFT CARDS for convenient and beneficial shopping. A DOMUS GIFT CARD can be used to make purchases and cashless payments for DOMUS products and services both in stores and on the website domus.am. DOMUS GIFT CARDS can be purchased online or at any of our stores by making a payment on-site. When purchasing a DOMUS GIFT CARD, the cardholder or payer must provide their name, identification details, email address, and phone number.
DOMUS GIFT CARDS are available starting from 30,000 drams. The value of the GIFT CARD is determined at the time of purchase. During the validity period of the GIFT CARD, it can be topped up with additional funds.
GIFT CARDS can be used electronically on the official Domus.am website and in any DOMUS store for cashless purchases. The person purchasing the GIFT CARD has the right to return it in person within 14 days from the date of purchase and receive a full refund.
The GIFT CARD can be used by any person who is in physical possession of the card. If a password is required to use the card, it can only be used by the cardholder. If necessary, when making purchases using the gift card, the identity of the cardholder may be verified and/or registered. When returning the card, the identity of the cardholder must be verified no later than 14 calendar days from the date of purchase. The purchaser or recipient is responsible for ensuring the security of the gift card against unauthorized use.
Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase (full payment). Gift cards are considered activated from the date of purchase. In cases specified in section 7 of these Terms, the validity period of a restored gift card is extended by the same period as it was before restoration. At the cardholder's request, the validity period of the gift card can be extended by 12 months by topping up the card balance with additional funds. In this case, the validity period will be extended by the same period from the expiration date. If the cardholder has not taken any action to extend the card as outlined in these Terms, the gift card will be deactivated after its validity period expires, and any remaining balance will be forfeited. The balance on an expired card is non-refundable and non-recoverable. If the validity period of the gift card has already expired, it can be reactivated upon topping up the balance with additional funds, and the validity period will be extended by the same duration as the topped-up amount.
The balance on the gift card can be checked at any DOMUS branch, or by contacting the DOMUS support center at 012 657 657 or by sending an email to support@domus.am. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be used to purchase other gift cards during their validity period. Refunds for unused balances are not provided.
DOMUS is not responsible for lost, stolen, unauthorized, or illegally used gift cards, nor for trading them. In case of loss, damage, destruction, or theft of the gift card, it can be restored upon the cardholder's request. There is no fee for card restoration. The current balance of the restored gift card is handled in cash.
Gift cards can be topped up with additional amounts during their validity period. DOMUS reserves the right to modify (or supplement) these terms at any time. The updated version will be published on the Domus.am website. Changes to these terms will take effect and apply 10 (ten) days after being published on the Domus.am website.
