1. From March 8, 2025, to April 8, 2025, a campaign (hereinafter referred to as "Campaign") will be held in the Domus chain of salon-stores (hereinafter referred to as "Store") in cooperation with Inecobank CJSC (hereinafter referred to as "Bank"). Customers (hereinafter referred to as "Customer" or "Customers") who make a Paylater payment or purchase on installment in the Store are eligible to participate in the Campaign.
2. All information regarding the Campaign is available on www.domus.am
3. By participating in the Campaign, the Customer unconditionally accepts all terms and conditions of this Campaign.
4. The terms of the Campaign may be changed at any time, with the relevant information published on www.domus.am
5. Participation in the Campaign is valid upon making a Paylater payment or purchasing on installment in accordance with the terms of the Campaign and does not require any additional membership fee or participation fee.
General Terms:
6. To participate in the Draw from March 8, 2025, to April 8, 2025 (inclusive), Customers must:
6․1. Make a Paylater payment or arrange an installment plan at the Domus store network for an amount of at least 100,000 AMD.
6․2. Customers who complete a transaction within this period will receive a Campaign participation coupon from the Store employee at the time of the transaction, indicating the Paylater payment number or installment agreement number.
6․3. Customers must retain the coupon until the raffle results are finalized.
7. Customers participating in the Campaign have the chance to win a trip for two to Italy.
8․ Each Customer may make an unlimited number of transactions during the Campaign period, receiving a separate coupon for each transaction that qualifies for the raffle.
9. A winner (hereinafter referred to as "Winner") is a Customer who meets the participation criteria of the Campaign, has been recognized as the Winner, and whose eligibility has been verified and confirmed by the Bank.
10. The Winner will be selected randomly through a special program by the Domus salon-stores on April 18, 2025.
11. The Bank is not responsible for the services provided by partner organizations within the scope of the Campaign.
12. The Paylater payment or installment agreement of the winning Customer must be active at the time of awarding the prize.
13. To provide the prize, a Domus salon-store employee will contact the Winner by phone or email within 14 days after the raffle results to confirm travel dates.
14. If there is suspicion of fraudulent transactions, the Customer's participation may be declared invalid. Fraudulent transaction criteria are determined by the Bank.
15. The Winner must utilize the Campaign prize by December 31, 2025.
16. After the deadline specified in clause 15, the prize will not be awarded or used.
17. If it is impossible to provide the prize defined in clause 7, the prize may be replaced with another gift.
18. If the winning Customer does not respond to the call or email within seven calendar days after April 18, 2025, the prize will be transferred to the next eligible Winner.
19. By participating in the Campaign, Customers unconditionally consent to providing their name and contact information to the Campaign's service provider for communication purposes.
ATTENTION:
The following persons are not eligible to participate or be recognized as Winners:
1. Employees of "INECOBANK" CJSC (hereinafter referred to as "Employees").
2. Individuals affiliated or connected with Bank Employees, including family members (hereinafter referred to as "Affiliated Persons").
3. Customers or Affiliated Persons who have overdue obligations towards the Bank, have been involved in legal disputes with the Bank, or have displayed dishonest behavior towards the Bank.
These restrictions also apply to any Affiliated Persons of the participating Customer (as defined by the RA Law on Banks and Banking Activities and other relevant regulatory legal acts of RA).
For verification purposes, the Bank and/or Store have the right to request any documents and/or information from the Customer. If the Customer refuses to provide the required documents and/or information, they will be considered to have withdrawn from the Campaign.
By participating in the Campaign, the Customer agrees that the Bank and/or Store will assess the mentioned facts and circumstances based on their subjective judgment within the scope of the available information and the data provided by the Customer.
20․The Italy Trip Raffle includes the following expenses for two (2) persons:
20․1. A direct or indirect (subject to flight availability) economy-class flight from Yerevan, Armenia, to Italy and a return flight from Italy to Yerevan. The Store reserves the right to choose the airline, flight time, and date at its discretion.
20․2. Accommodation in a four-star (****) or five-star (*****) hotel in a single or double-occupancy room from the arrival date to the departure date, not exceeding five days and four nights. Any additional expenses incurred at the hotel by the Winner will not be reimbursed.
20․3 Transfers from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the airport.
20․4 The Winner is responsible for all additional expenses related to the trip, including but not limited to passport, visa, or other entry permits, travel insurance, transportation costs to and from Yerevan from other cities in Armenia, and personal expenses. The Store and Bank do not cover any additional costs or assume any liability for them.
20․5 The Winner must strictly follow the Store's instructions regarding the submission of necessary documents and comply with the established schedule. They must submit copies and originals of all required documents, including passports, entry permits, and visas, at least 20 days before the scheduled departure from Yerevan to Italy.
20․6 The Bank and Store are not responsible for flight cancellations, delays, or other circumstances resulting in the cancellation of the trip. The trip’s validity period is limited to the dates specified in the airline tickets and/or tickets issued by the Store, Bank, or its designated representative. The Winner is responsible for obtaining a valid passport and any additional necessary permits and documents as required by the Store.
20․7 If the Winner does not reside in Armenia and/or Yerevan, the Store is not obligated to arrange or cover travel or accommodation expenses related to reaching Yerevan before the departure or returning to their place of residence after the trip.
20․8 The Bank and Store bear no responsibility if the Winner cannot take the trip due to missing required documents or other reasons, including but not limited to a late arrival at Yerevan airport. The trip to Italy CANNOT be transferred to another person.
20․9 Throughout the trip, the Bank and Store are not liable for any harm to the Winner’s health (life) and/or property or damage caused to third parties.
20․10 The Store will reimburse the Winner for visa application expenses related to obtaining an entry permit to Italy.
21. If, for any reason beyond the Store’s control, the Winner cannot be contacted via the provided phone number by the deadline specified in Clause 19 of this document, the Store has the right to declare the Prize invalid without any further obligations to the Winner. The Customer is responsible for providing an accurate and valid phone number and/or email address, as well as for all risks arising from failure to fulfill this obligation properly.
