In case of purchase of 30,000 drams and more in Yerevan, delivery is carried out FREE of charge, and in case of purchase less than 30,000 drams - with a tariff of 1,000 drams, 3-6 days. during the day. Regional deliveries are carried out within 10 working days at a rate of 150 dr/km.
*Delivery of furniture slabs in the city of Yerevan is carried out at a tariff of 4000 drams, and regional deliveries are carried out at a tariff of 400 drams/km.

Return conditions

 Each purchased product, except for the types of products specified by law, can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the moment of delivery (receipt) with the presence of a cash register receipt, if:
  - the product and its packaging are harmless,
  - the product has not been used,
  - consumer properties are preserved,
  - product label and appearance are preserved,
  - eyelids are preserved։
  It is necessary to check the external qualitative and quantitative conformity of the purchased product at the time of delivery (receipt) in the presence of the delivery person, for which you will be given an additional 15 minutes. In case of finding damaged, broken or insufficient quantity of goods, it is necessary to inform the sender immediately and indicate in the transport invoice which goods you did not receive and which quantity you received or received in damaged condition.
1. Cash payment
 * Payment upon delivery in cash, up to 300,000 drams. In case of production defect, the customer has the right not to accept the delivered product without any payment. And in the event that the product is not damaged and has no manufacturing defects and the customer refuses to accept the order on the spot, then he pays the delivery cost: 1000 drams in the Yerevan area, and according to the announced tariff in the regions.
2. POS terminal
 * Payment on delivery via POS terminal In case of production defect, the customer has the right not to accept the delivered product without any payment. And in the event that the product is not damaged and has no manufacturing defects and the customer refuses to accept the order on the spot, then he pays the delivery cost: 1000 drams in the Yerevan area, and according to the announced tariff in the regions.
  * in the case of ceramic tiles, 1% breakage is permissible. Damaged goods found after signing the transport invoice cannot be returned or exchanged.
  * in the case of mattresses: Before the delivery of the ordered product, in the event of the Customer's refusal, the Customer is obliged to compensate the Supplier for the costs incurred and to pay for the work performed until then:
♦ Permissible deviation of mattress sizes: +/-2cm
♦ Standard size mattresses are returned at 75% of the cost, subject to factory packaging,
♦ Non-standard size mattresses are not returnable
♦ Standard mattress sizes are posted below
♦ All orders are subject to the requirements of Articles 728-737 of the RA Civil Code
